Taylor Swift: discover her 8 incredible houses!
Taylor Swift is probably best known for her successful music career. But with eight residences spread across four states, she may soon be able to add “real estate billionaire” to her resume. According to reports, the 32-year-old celebrity has $81 million worth of real estate, including a variety of residences from a $20 million penthouse in TriBeCa to an 11,000 square foot historical landmark in California. See below to discover her 8 incredible houses.
TRIBECA PENTHOUSE
Taylor Swift acquired not one, but two adjacent penthouses in an ancient TriBeCa building in 2014. She then combined them into one huge duplex, adding a billiards room, an amazing sweeping staircase, and a total of 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The coolest part is that Peter Jackson, the director of The Lord of the Rings, sold her these residences.

NEIGHBORING TOWNHOUSE
Taylor Swift expanded horizontally by buying the century-old townhouse next door just three years after buying the two TriBeCa penthouses. The house is thought to be worth $18 million and comes with opulent features like a home cinema, gym, guest suite, and terrace. Leopoldo Rosati, an architect and designer, completely renovated this amazing home after its construction in 1915.

NEW YORK EXPANSION
The “Me!” singer significantly increased her investment in the highly sought-after 155 Franklin Street when she spent $9.75 million for a three-bedroom. 3,500-square-foot loft in the same TriBeCa building in 2018. Jeremy Phillips, a financier, was the ex-owner of the apartment.

WATCH HILL SEASIDE ESTATE
The site of Taylor Swift’s infamous A-List parties, including her Fourth of July parties, is her 12,000 square foot beach mansion. Which is perched atop the town’s highest point in Rhode Island. One of her best purchases was a home with seven bedrooms, eight fireplaces, a gorgeous pool, and views of the 700-foot-long shoreline.

WEST VILLAGE APARTMENT
This brick townhouse, built in 1912, has been renovated with modernity. The area contains a sizable indoor pool as well as five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Double-height ceilings, vintage Parisian brickwork, and a selection of opulent chandeliers are luxurious elements. One of her most exquisite homes, it features a rooftop patio, an outdoor kitchen, a Jacuzzi, and a built-in BBQ.

BEVERLY HILLS ESTATE
Taylor Swift has owned three houses in Los Angeles, the most magnificent of which is her mansion in Beverly Hills, built in 1934. Swift took the decision to make the 10,982-square-foot estate into a historical landmark when she bought it from movie producer Samuel Goldwyn in 2015.

BEVERLY HILLS RANCH
Swift no longer owns this ranch-style home, which was constructed in the 1950s and features mid-century modern decor. The ideal position, at the foot of lush green hills, results in a home that is light and airy. Despite its unassuming exterior, the four-bedroom, four-bath ranch has white vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling glass, and—best of all—a climate-controlled wine cellar with a capacity of 1000 bottles. She listed the home in May of 2018, and in September it sold for $2.65 million, which was $300,000 less than the asking price. Nevertheless, she earned $850,000 in total from the transaction. Go Taylor!

NASHVILLE CONDO
Taylor Swift made her real estate debut at the ripe age of 20, investing in a 3,240 square foot Music Row condo in Nashville. The industrial-style penthouse has a large open floor plan and floor to ceiling windows. Swift calls it “whimsically girly,” and she is right.

GREEK REVIVAL ESTATE
Taylor Swift bought a Greek revival estate for her second Nashville home, despite leading a jet-set lifestyle. With a 5,600-square-foot main house and a 2,000-square-foot guesthouse, the exquisitely designed property has vaulted ceilings, herringbone floors, and marble fireplaces.
